Research has shown the importance of remaining active during pregnancy and following the birth of your child. It is important to prepare your body for the changes that your body will go through during your pregnancy and in child birth. Being active, and carrying out some exercise does make these changes a lot easier to manage.

Following childbirth many people find it difficult to get motivated to get back to fitness, and that’s why we design programmes that fit around your new hectic lifestyle. We understand that it is not always possible to go to the gym for a few hours at a time, and so all programmes are broken into smaller time chunks so that you can fit them in when you get the chance.

Jessica holds specific qualifications and experience in ante and post natal exercise, and has helped a number of clients before and after the birth of their children to great effect.
